Bad Memory Amnesia(나쁜기억 상실증, 이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 문서는 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 어디에 저장하며, 어떻게 보호하는지 설명합니다.

요약 — 기록(일기·사진 포함)은 기본적으로 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 서버로 전송되는 것은 이용자가 직접 커뮤니티에 올린 콘텐츠와, AI 일기 생성을 위해 전송되는 메모 텍스트뿐입니다. 앱은 광고를 싣지 않으며, 별도의 행동 추적이나 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

1. 기기에만 저장되는 정보

다음 정보는 이용자의 기기(브라우저 저장소)에만 저장되며, 개발자를 포함한 누구에게도 전송되지 않습니다.

좋았던 기억 기록과 첨부한 사진
AI가 정리한 일기, 일정, 운세 결과
키우는 펫의 상태, 클로버 개수, 화면·언어·알림 설정

이 정보는 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 브라우저 저장소를 비우면 함께 삭제됩니다. 캘린더 탭의 백업 기능으로 이용자가 직접 파일로 내려받아 보관할 수 있습니다. "나빴던 기억"에 적은 내용은 설계상 어디에도 저장되지 않습니다.

2. 서버에 저장되는 정보 (커뮤니티)

커뮤니티 기능을 사용할 때만, 다음 정보가 Google Firebase(Firestore) 서버에 저장됩니다.

이용자가 정한 닉네임
직접 작성해 올린 글·댓글·사진, 좋아요와 행운 보내기 기록
익명 로그인 식별자(무작위 ID) — 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 실명 정보는 수집하지 않습니다

커뮤니티에 올린 글과 댓글은 앱 안에서 언제든 직접 수정·삭제할 수 있습니다.

3. AI 기능과 외부 전송

"오늘 하루 돌아보기" 등 AI 정리 기능을 사용할 때, 이용자가 남긴 메모의 텍스트가 Google Gemini API로 전송되어 일기 문장 생성에 사용됩니다. 사진은 전송되지 않습니다. 전송된 텍스트는 Google의 API 데이터 처리 방침을 따릅니다.

4. 알림

알림은 이용자가 직접 켠 경우에만 동작하며, 기기 안에서 생성됩니다. 알림을 위한 개인정보가 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 알림은 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.

5. 광고·추적

앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 광고 식별자·행동 추적·제3자 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 실명 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 정보 삭제 방법

기기 저장 정보: 앱(사이트) 데이터 삭제 또는 브라우저 저장소 비우기
커뮤니티 글·댓글: 앱 안에서 직접 삭제
직접 삭제가 어려운 경우 아래 연락처로 요청하면 처리해 드립니다

Bad Memory Amnesia ("the app") treats your personal data with care. This page explains what the app handles, where it is stored, and how it is protected.

Summary — Your records (including diaries and photos) are stored on your device only. The only data that reaches a server is content you yourself post to the community, and the memo text sent for AI diary generation. The app shows no ads and uses no behavioural tracking or analytics.

1. Data stored only on your device

Good-memory entries and attached photos
AI-written diaries, plans, and fortune results
Your pet's state, clover balance, and appearance/language/notification settings

This data is removed when you clear the app's data or browser storage. You can export your own backup from the Calendar tab. Text written in "Bad Memories" is, by design, never stored anywhere.

2. Data stored on a server (Community)

Only when you use the community feature, the following is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore):

Your chosen nickname
Posts, comments, and photos you upload; likes and luck you send
An anonymous sign-in identifier (a random ID) — no real name, email, or phone number is collected

You can edit or delete your own posts and comments in the app at any time.

3. AI features and external transmission

When you use AI features such as "Look back on today", the text of your memos is sent to the Google Gemini API to generate diary prose. Photos are not sent. Transmitted text is handled under Google's API data policies.

4. Notifications

Notifications run only if you turn them on, and are generated on your device. No personal data is transmitted for notifications. You can turn them off in settings at any time.

5. Ads and tracking

The app serves no ads and uses no advertising identifiers, behavioural tracking, or third-party analytics.

6. Children's data

The app collects no real-name information and does not knowingly collect children's personal data.

7. Deleting your data

On-device data: clear the app's (site's) data or browser storage
Community posts/comments: delete them directly in the app
If you cannot delete something yourself, contact us below and we will handle it
